Lara Logan

 Lara Logan, born 29 March 1971 is a South African radio and television journalist and war reporter. She was a CBS News correspondent from 2002 to 2018.60 Minutes executive producer Jeff Fager described her factually incorrect, politcally biased story in 2012 Benghazi as "the most costly mistake I've made in the past 10 years." She was a part of the Sinclair Broadcast Group in 2019 which is a conservative media corporation. 4 She joined Fox Nation in January 2020. Fox News runs the subscription streaming service. In March 2022, she said she was "dumped" by the company. Logan was a news reporter at Durban's Sunday Tribune (1988-1989) and the Daily News (1990-1992). She joined Reuters Television Africa in 1992 as an executive producer. After four years of service, she began freelance journalism. Reporter, editor and producer assignments for ITN, Fox/SKY News, CBS News (in London), ABC News (in Nairobi), NBC and European Broadcasting Union were all given to her. She worked for CNN covering events like the 1998 United States embassy bombings in Nairobi and Tanzania, the conflict in Northern Ireland, and the Kosovo war.
